Ron gets the best review for lunch.  You won't leave hungry.  Paul's wife Jen, along with Elisa, prepare a high energy lunch, and will have it waiting for you when you return from your morning session.  Ron recently moved from having lunch inside the house to having it outside in the garage.  The garage provides much more room.  He has several tables to sit at and a bunch of pictures and trophies on the wall to gawk at.  It's like eating inside the Barefoot Waterski Hall of Fame.  Very Cool!
