- Great to see someone going for it!
- Is there a best of the worst award? Yes, I know Im not on the same
level as these guys :) and yes, I did crack 3 ribs, so anyway... I dare
the rest of you back seat barefooters out there to join me and make a
video for next year. - Joe
- P.S. I live 2 hours from NYC and Philly in the pocono's so if your in
the area, lets do some footin.
- cool video, shows you don't have to be the best skier to put out a
good video
- Way to get out there!
- That's my husband:)
- Great to see someone trying barefooting for the first time.
- Im INSPIRED great to see someone getting into it
- Keep it up!
- Keep it going!
- Good 1st freestyle video.
- good to see new videos
- Very entertaining video
- Good to see the progress in this video although it's not much for
freestrylin'
- keep foot,n you need to love it to do it. Not trying to knock you but
go to a ski school or clinic you will learn alot and i always meet cool
people trying to make you better no matter what level you are.
- Love the heart and drive!
- Good to see older dogs learning new tricks. It looked like the
cameraperson was more nervous than you! Congrats on making it to the
footers club.
- Very high fun factor (memory lane). Low wow factor. Low editing/cam
score. Low originality of "freestyle". Low variety. Off the charts
progression. The way I score, this video has the highest progression
ranking. Dead time due to long runs and restarts. No commentary but the
written commentary was great! Top marks for song choice. While I can't
give this video a very high Freestyle score it was without a doubt very
fun for me to watch. Very nostalgic and inspirational.
- No free style tricks, but it was entertaining and great to see him
make progress and barefoot longline. Way to go!
- Great to a see skier that determined
- Very entertaining. Now go learn a side slide and blow our minds next
season.
- good luck I've been there
- you've got cajones! Invest in a three day ski school
with Paul McDonald!
- Cool!
- It is inspiring!
- "Great progress Joe!!!
- The videos ARE inspiring! We all understand & know how
that learning curve is... Keep it up!"
- Okay, this is a video a lot of viewers can relate to. The good 'ol
days of trial and error but good clean fun. I can remember my first run
and then the abrupt ending... gasping for air. What a great memory.
- nice documentation of the learning progression
- Fun, I do remember those days!
- Reminds you how long, yet satisfying, it can be to learn to barefoot…
- Actions speaks louder than words.....
- Congrats at learning to foot. I hate to be the one to tell u but with
a lesson you would have saved hundreds in gas and advil
- good to see and entry from a newby but the comp is stiff. keep working
on it and get some more stuff, kudos for the low pole longline but you
need a boom dude
- Nice work! Get a boom if you are learning though.
- Fun to see that I wasn't the only one trying to pick up the sport this
summer in my 30's
- Interesting approach describing the fun and challenges of learning to
barefoot. It puts the high skill of others into perspective and brings
back memories of my beginnings!
- love the video, inspirational, you go dude! keep on footin'
- Super job, very enjoyable to watch ... good comments, good music and,
yes, inspiring! Ski-on!
- Very good for a first time. Great motivation for new skiers. Shows
everyone can do it- just got to keep trying.
